Sean Audley, Esq.


Sean P. Audley has been a practicing attorney since 1990. A graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Sean’s experience includes representing a multi-employer health and welfare fund and large health insurers in subrogation related matters, as well as representing a public sector collective bargaining unit, which included Assistant District Attorneys, Assistant Public Defenders and Forensic professionals employed by Allegheny County in labor negotiations, interest arbitration, and other matters.

As an associate and then partner at a Pittsburgh-based law firm, Sean managed a large and varied caseload of family law, workers’ compensation, construction law, personal injury and labor and employment law. Since founding Audley Law Offices, P.C., in 2003, the focus of his practice has been the representation of hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare providers in the recovery of healthcare expenses from insurers and others responsible payers. He has continued to represent individuals and small businesses in a variety of matters. In addition, throughout his career, Sean has served as a Law Clerk to several Pennsylvania Judges and currently holds that position with the President Judge of the Criminal Division of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

Silvana Audley, MPM


With a Masters Degree from the healthcare program at the H.J. Heinz III School of Public Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Silvana Audley is a skilled healthcare consultant with particular expertise in insurance operations related to payment of claims. Since 1985, Silvana has worked in the healthcare industry with healthcare providers and insurers, including hospitals, physician practice plans, corporate clients, Health Maintenance Organizations, Preferred Provider Organizations and traditional health insurance companies.

As an independent healthcare consultant her clients included two of the largest insurers in Pennsylvania, where she directed claims management and provider relations. Silvana’s keen understanding of healthcare operations, claims adjudication and other complexities of unpaid patient accounts provides a distinct advantage to Audley Law’s healthcare clients.



Jacqulyn A. Obara has been practicing law in Pennsylvania since 2004 and in the State of West Virginia since 2015. After obtaining Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Duquesne University in 2000, she obtained a law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2004, graduating cum laude. Upon graduation, she became an associate at a small law firm that focused its practice on Family Law. Beginning in 2006, Ms. Obara began serving as the Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Thomas E. Flaherty in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. In addition to her clerkship, Ms. Obara serves as in-house counsel for a mid-size West Virginia Corporation and as guardian ad litem for children whose parents are involved in custody litigation.

Since 2014, Ms. Obara has been Of Counsel for Audley Law Offices where she has represented medical providers in a variety of matters, including appeals from health insurance company denials of claims, securing payment from motor vehicle and workers’ compensation insurance carriers for medical expenses, and securing the cooperation of patients in resolving insurance disputes holding up payment.

Ms. Obara is also a court-appointed Master in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Duquesne University School of Law teaching Trial Advocacy.
