Sean P. Audley, ESQ​

Sean P. Audley is a practicing attorney with over 32 years’ experience. He founded Audley Law Offices, P.C., in 2003. Audley Law is a firm with a strong focus on revenue recovery for health care providers and represents hospitals, health systems, physician practices, nursing homes and independent living centers in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Minnesota. The firm has also consulted with hospitals and revenue cycle consulting firms in contract negotiation, with a focus on payment term and regularly lectures at health care

conferences. Sean has litigated on behalf of health care providers in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as before administrative agencies at the State and Federal level. Since its inception, Audley Law has recovered over $40 million dollars in revenue for his health care clients on difficult accounts and accounts written off to bad debt. 

 

A graduate of Allegheny College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Sean has, in addition to managing an active law practice, served as a judicial law clerk for most of his years as an attorney; serving thirty years with the now retired President Judge of Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division and recently taking the same position with a Judge in the Family Division of the same court. Sean has appeared on behalf of clients in the Court of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Superior and Commonwealth Courts and in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, as well as in United States District Court in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Sean is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Ohio. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court.
