Silvana is the practice manager at Audley Law Offices and Principal of Audley Revenue Solutions. With a Masters Degree from the healthcare program at the H.J. Heinz III School of Public Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Silvana Audley is a skilled healthcare consultant with particular expertise in insurance operations related to payment of claims. Since 1985, Silvana has worked in the healthcare industry with healthcare providers and insurers, including hospitals, physician practice plans, corporate clients, Health Maintenance Organizations, Preferred Provider Organizations and traditional health insurance companies.

As an independent healthcare consultant her clients included two of the largest insurers in Pennsylvania, where she directed claims management and provider relations. Silvana’s keen understanding of healthcare operations, claims adjudication and other complexities of unpaid patient accounts provides a distinct advantage to Audley Law’s and Audley Revenue Solutions healthcare clients.
