Brandon M. Shields is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in both law enforcement and legal practice. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2016,Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to his legal work.
He earned his Bachelor of Science from Point Park University, graduating summa cum laude in 2004, and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 2016.
Before transitioning into law, Brandon served as a police officer from2000 to 2011 and worked as a licensed private investigator while pursuing his legal education. During law school, he gained valuable experience at several prominent law firms in the Pittsburgh area and continued to build his expertise after graduation.
From 2017 to 2021, Brandon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David R. Cashman in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, where he honed his legal skills and contributed to the judicial process. In2018, he co-founded a civil litigation practice, further establishing his reputation in the legal community.
Currently, Brandon serves as an appellate prosecutor for the Franklin County District Attorney's Office, where he applies his comprehensive legal background to advocate effectively on behalf of the public.
